T-ball is over.... picture overload!

We are very sadly done with t-ball for the season. When the season started, we had some discussion about moving Ian up to coach pitch. We talked to a couple of other moms of boys in his class who were also a little bit on the fence about it. In the end, we all decided to keep them together and leave them in t-ball one more year (their third year!). We were so happy with the decision to stay in t-ball. We weren't ready for the longer season and really feel like Ian needed another year to learn some skills. Yes- he does learn something in t-ball- I happen to think he has an AMAZING coach! Leaving him down one more year also allowed him and Kinzlee to play together for one year which was so fun!  Kinzlee almost has the same passion and love for the game as her brother!  Their entire team was so much fun and improved by leaps and bounds from their first practice! Parker did really well during games with both of us on the field. He spent most of his time in the dug out with me trying to be like the rest of the big kids!  Next year will start the craziness of having two different teams and one with a longer season.

Maybe the best words I heard all season was from one of the kids that got to a game after we had already prayed say "but we haven't prayed yet!"

We don't keep up with outs, but it was still always Ian's goal to get the out!

These last two pictures crack me up!  The first one is my favorite picture of the whole season.... since when can you get 8 people (7 of them 6 and under!) look at the camera at the same time and smile?? After I snapped this first one I said, "hang on, one more"..... nobody moved except guess who?  I guess that was her cue to pose!  She is so full of personality!
