We have will return approximately one month later to bring him home. This will be the trip that my parents and the kids will go on as well. Please continue to lift our family up in prayer. Pray specifically for P... That he will have a peace around us and that he will be able to 'recognize' us and KNOW who we are in only a way that God can show him. Pray for his foster family as they prepare to pass him on to us. Pray for safe travels and that we will be able to have some good quality fun time with the kids before we leave. Again, thank you so much for your love and support through this process, we are almost through this phase of the journey! Your texts and Facebook messages have brought many smiles over the last couple of days- they mean SO much!!!!

What now!!??
Sooo......!!!! We fly out of Abilene at 5:50 on 1/15 and connect in Dallas to depart for SK at 10:30 AM. We arrive in SK at 4:40 PM on 1/16. The flight is 15 hrs and SK is 15 hours ahead of us. We are scheduled to meet P on 1/17 at 10 AM (7PM standard time). We will court 1/22 at 4:30 and will depart SK 1/23 at 11:00 to return I Dallas at 8:35AM on 1/23.

ReplyDeleteOur friends at church also adopting thru Dillon left this morning too for SK and meet their boy thurs in SK - so y'all will be there pretty much the same time (Sara and Jared)
I'm keeping you all in frequent prayers during this time of amazing faith- it will be life changing for your family in SO many ways and I know The Lord is knitting each step together for His glory!
